4. Account Registration
To access fawnmilky, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription & Billing
5.1 Pricing
Membership costs $4.99 USD per month, billed on a recurring 30-day cycle.
5.2 Currency
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are located outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These fees are not controlled by fawnmilky.
5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months
- You may resubscribe at any time
5.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended until billing is resolved.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
- Upload sexually explicit content involving minors
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from fawnmilky
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other members
- Spam or post repetitive, unsolicited content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use fawnmilky for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Post AI-generated imagery – fawnmilky is a space for human-made art only. Members caught posting AI-generated images will be permanently banned without refund.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Content Ownership & Rights
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you post to fawnmilky (images, text, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the fawnmilky platform.

7.3 Our Content
The fawnmilky name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without permission.
